About the Home Market Services employees  


Is it always the same person who comes to my home?
To reassure you and reassure your child, we always send the same person except in exceptional cases such as accident or illness.

The maid or nanny does not suit me, may I report it?
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not happy with our employee, we will select another one based on your criteria.

If the employee you send me is sick or unavailable, what happens?
To ensure the continuity of services, we will notify you and offer you a suitable replacement if you wish.

How do you recruit your employees?
Our recruitment process is rigorous: a first selection is first made on the basis of resumes received.
Then we call those selected for an assessment of their technical and personal qualities. During this interview, we assess their skills by subjecting them to test scenario, and their behavioral skills judging their relationships to others and their sense of service. We check their references and then proceed to legal audits in order to bring you the greatest satisfaction. 

About the services:

Who decides the schedule and frequency of services?
You. We arrange services according to your wishes aid constraints.

I'm going on holiday, may I stop the services?
For contracts longer than three months, the suspension of your account may be made under the following conditions:

6 month contract: authorized suspension of 2 weeks.
9 month contract: authorized suspension of 3 weeks.
12 month contract: authorized suspension of 5 weeks.
Please notify Home Market Services by email, phone or mail at least 15 days in advance.

I am not satisfied with the services, how can I use the  "satisfied, or my money back" guarantee?
If you are not satisfied, we trust you. 
Let us know the reasons for your dissatisfaction by registered letter with receipt within 48 hours after the passage of the employee. We will then either return to correct the problem free of charge or give you your money back.

What if your employee breaks or damages something in my home?
Of course we carry an insurance if there is an unfortunate mishap. If a maid breaks or damages something, you will be reimbursed. You are also insured in case of loss or theft of keys. 

What is the visit for?
The Account Manager may come to your home in order to assess with you your needs and thus find and select the suitable employee. This visit is a guarantee of quality  and the promise of an optimized satisfaction . We offer this visit evey time you call upon our services.

Can trust your employees?
You can trust Home Market Services! Our thorough recruitment process allows us to have serious employees, competent and trustworthy.
By calling Home Market Services, you call in an expert of housekeeping services which puts forward its liability as well as its reputation. 

Should I leave my keys?
It is up to you!
If you are present during the intervention, you don't have to. If you are away, you can give them directly to the employee with trust.
Over 90% of our customers are absent and entrust the employees with theie home keys. 

About rates and payment

 

How much does it cost?
To guarantee the right price, we strive to understand your needs and expectations.
The price you pay does not reflect the tax reduction that you will benefit.


Can I pay by Cheque Emploi Service Universel (CESU)?
You can pay with pre-financed CESU all services (cleaning, ironing, childcare ,...).
The CESU bank checks require you to be an employer. As a provider of services, we do not accept them.

Where to find the CESU?
The prefinanced CESU  are distributed by organizations that participate in the financing of the CESU, such as your employer, the public healthcare and retirement insurance, private healthcare insurance ...
We recommend you contact your HR department to find out whether you can get pre-financed CESU. We are also available if you have any question on all the benefits of pre-financed CESU. 

How do I benefit from the tax cut?
It's very simple: Home Market Services sends you an annual tax certificate that allows you to benefit from reductions or tax credits.
You simply indicate the amounts spent and shown on the certificate on your tax return.
