How does it work ?

1/ Contact us:

2/ As soon as we recieve your call or message, an Account Manager will be dedicated to you and will be at your service to define, with you, your exact needs and constraints (either over the telephone or by appointment).

3/ Your Acount Manager will provide you with a free personalized estimate.

4/ Your Account Manager will submit to you a contract corresponding to the services wanted and predefined.

5/ Once the contract is signed, the Account Manager selects the employee who will best suit your needs and expectations.

6/ After 15 days at your home, your Account Manager will take stock of the situation with you, by telephone, on the quality of the services. It will also take place 45 days after the beginning of the mission.

7/ The Account Manager will also meet with the employee on a regular basis and will inform you of any improvement that could be brought to the services.

8/ The employee will have a Mission Log in which you will be able to mention any precision or recommendation that you need him/her to know.

9/ Every year, Home Market Services will send you a fiscal certificate detailling the services performed as well as the money paid. You will have to include this amount to your tax return in order to benefit from fiscal advantages available to the home care industry.
