It is essentiel to us to guarantee not only a high level of satisfaction, but also an absolute respect of your privacy. Hence, in order to give the clearest information, complete and sincere, we commit the following:

 

1. To work in total openness and legally : company visible to the public and mentioned on all administrative documents.

2. To provide detailled information on services offered : number of hours, activity, employee selection..., without any unreadable clause and misleading or ambiguous wording.

3. To inform our clients on the rates and the possible cost reductions (financial aid, tax deduction...).

4. To make out a free estimate summarizing clearly the service wanted as well as its exact detailled rate.   

5. To make out a service contract between the client and us, formalizing the agreement on the service established, and give a copy to the client.

6. To provide services on a one shot basis or on a regular basis : subscription for 3,6,9 months or for a year. The client may begin by trying out a few hours without commitment, and then, if fully satisfied, he or sh may subscride to our services. To seel more comfortable, the client may modify or end the subscription any time.

7. To send, within the time prescribed by the law, a summary of the services performed and paid the previous year, which will serve as a fiscal certificate to benefit from the tax reduction or tax credit.

8. To have courteous employees, competent and qualified, capable of providing services fully adapted to the client's needs that they may help formulate by listenning attentively.

9. To recruit with great vigilance and the utmost rigour necessary to our Quality commitment, and to have regular recruitment sessions in order to find the best employees who will be sent to clients' homes.

10. To guarantee respect for the client's home and privacy (privacy policy).

11. To ensure the follow up and undertake any request, committing to calling back within 48 hours (working days) any person contacting Home Market Services.

12. To introduce the employee to the client, explaining to the employee the exact tasks that are required.

13. To ensure the continuity in the service (working within the allotted time of the mission, replacing an absent employee).

14. To take into consideration any complaint, to process it within 48 hours and to check the relevance of the response and the client's satisfaction.

15. To check on a regular basis that the service performed corresponds to the expectations of the client and conduct a customer satisfaction survey on a yearly basis.

16. To comply with the norms set by the professionals, and recieve recognition for Home Market Services' own rules and processes.

17. To carry a liability insurance covering damage to your home or property caused by a Home Market Services' employee.

18. To follow a thourough and liable recruitment process to better evaluate the abilities and competence of our staff.

19. To give our employees access to training and developing their skills.

20. To developp employment in the field of home services, to participate in the professionalization of the field, and to improve the status of its employees.
